I have been fortunate to have been published in a leading peer-reviewed journal, the International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship.

Below is the citation for that article, as well as a link to the abstract:

Jensen, Jonathan A. and Hsu, Anne (2011). "Does Sponsorship Pay Off? An Examination of the Relationship between Investment in Sponsorship and Business Performance," International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship, 12(4), 352-364. (Click here for more info)

I'm constantly looking for other interesting topics to study. Below is some additional information about other research studies I have in press, under review or in progress:

Jensen, Jonathan A. (Accepted for Publication). "The Importance of Winning: An Analysis of the Relationship between an Athlete's Performance and Sponsor Exposure During Televised Sports Events," International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship.

Jensen, Jonathan A. (Under Review). "A Worthwhile Investment in the Brand? Analyzing the Financial Performance of Companies Who Invest in Sponsorship," International Journal of Advertising.

I'm also currently working on a study with a colleague of mine, Prof. DaeHyun Kim of Loyola University Chicago. The paper utilizes regression analysis to predict the amount of exposure a primary sponsor of a Formula One Racing team will receive based on various performance factors.
